All the Chinese people are deeply concerned about the epidemic pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus outbreak. Many medical personnel took part in the fight against the coronavirus, including those from the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, Lanzhou University Second Hospital and the university’s campus hospital. Teachers and students from the university have also been concerned about the situation. Hendra Kurniawan, Chinese name Chen Junwen, was one of the overseas students at the university. Knowing medical supplies on campus were short, Chen tried many ways to gather necessities. Chen got in touch with his friends in Indonesia and they donated over 6,000 masks altogether.
