The competition is divided into two stages. The first is group matches and the second is knockout. The top two groups in the first round will proceed to the knockout stage, and others will take part in a friendly. Young players chosen will set out for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on January 23 and return on January 30. Application is due on November 30.
