You don’t need to tip in Asia because they are paid correctly. still I think 20% is a lot to burden the customer with, I would prefer that their wage increase, and prices increase accordingly....but on the downside, in Asia I need to worry about what I say or do, to help the other person save face, whereas I never had to worry about this before. They have this face thing in china that really annoys me.
