Song of the Phoenix, the last movie of late Chinese director Wu Tianming, which opens Sunday in limited release, will be released to the public on May 6.

Renowned Hong Kong director Hark Tusi and Chinese director Huang Jianxin attended the discussion after the limited release.

Wu Tianming was born in Sanyuan county, Shaanxi province in 1939. He was considered one of the leading "Fourth Generation" directors.
