Jingdezhen, a world-famous ceramics capital in East China's Jiangxi province, has constructed a new model porcelain industrial park named Mingfangyuan to house time-honored porcelain manufacturing workshops.
The project, with an estimated investment of 4 billion yuan ($617 million), covers an area of over 1,000 mu (67 hectares) and is able to host 100 enterprises.
Mingfangyuan porcelain industrial park focuses on the development and enrichment of porcelain and integrates porcelain production, display, sale as well as tourist sightseeing.
