Ink painter Jia Youfu is holding a one-man show at Poly International's art space in Xiamen.

In his career spanning more than five decades, Jia has carried forward Chinese painting traditions inherited from predecessors such as Huang Binhong and Li Keran.

He brings a modern touch to the landscapes in his works.

Titled Poetry of Silence, the exhibition runs from Nov 8-15.
