Chinese origami artist Liu Tong uses a sheet of China Daily newspaper to fold a piece of hanfu, the traditional clothing of the Han people without using adhesives or scissors.
The 32-year-old once created a blue and white porcelain piece made of paper, which was sent as a national gift to Gabon. He also set a Guinness world record last year by making a 4-meter-tall paper rhino with his team.
He says the materials for origami are accessible and relatively affordable, considering a flier or newspaper can be used in a paper-folding design.
