A delegation of 30 artists traveled from the province of Zhejiang, in the east of China, to Buenos Aires to share with the public part of its millenary culture, within the celebrations for the arrival of the Chinese New Year of the Dog. In the "Obelisco" of Buenos Aires, members of the Chinese community in Argentina and the Buenos Aires public participated on Thursday in a "flashmob" (lightning massive act) that mixed, in sound terms, certain Chinese melodies with the "spirit" of the Argentine tango, besides acrobatics and dances with tapes of the Asian culture. The artists are part of the Percussion and Wind Septet of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang, the Experimental Ensemble of the Hangzhou School of Art and the Performing Arts School of Acrobatics and Magic.
