Beijing-based artist Liu Bolin, 43, is known as a "Human Chameleon" and "The Invisible Man" because of working style: He camouflages himself against various real-life backgrounds, such as food stands in a supermarket or urban demolition sites, and takes photos in which he disappears into these settings.

He has been doing so for a decade to address to issues such as the information explosion.

Liu's ongoing solo exhibition at New York's Klein Sun Gallery, titled Art Hacker, shows his human-camouflage photos in which he uses classic paintings as the subject matter.
