Over 30 young sinologists who came to Beijing to attend the “2014 Visiting Program for Young Sinologists” paid a visit to the Palace Museum on Sept 4. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the program is designed to offer young sinologists and translators more opportunities to visit China and have in-depth exchanges with native Chinese experts and scholars. It will help young sinologists foster a more fair, objective, and intensive understanding about China, and deepen their recognition of Chinese culture and China’s development path.
