4.Commodity Price
In 2008, the general level of consumer prices in the city rose 4.9 percent over the previous year. The sales prices for housing in urban area increased 8.6 percent, in which the sales prices for new building increased 10.0 percent, the sales prices for second-house increased 4.2 percent. The producer prices for manufactured goods increased by 5.9 percent, and the purchasing prices for raw materials, fuels and power went up by 10.8 percent.
