Wear sunscreen when you go out. Prevent your skin from being hurt by the ultraviolet rays. Do not use make-up that contains a great deal of light-sensitive material. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits containing Vitamin A. Coarse facecloth, alkaline soap and hot water are not preferred when washing my face.

Illness of excessive internal heat
