Braised prawns

油焖大虾

Ingredients: prawn 500g, peanut oil 15g, vinegar 60g, white soy sauce 15g, gourmet powder 15g, ginger 0.5g, scallion 0.5g, salt2.5g, rice wine 10g, white sugar 50g, castor oil 10g.

Instructions: Put in peanut oil when the pan is hot, when the oil is almost heated, put the prawns in the pan to fry. When the prawns turn red and are crisp, take them out and drain oil. Add scallion stalks, gingers, vinegar, white sugar, rice wine, salt, castor oil, gourmet powder and soy sauce into the pan. Heat them with remained oil. Add prawns, stir fry for a while.
