Changdi Chun Liu,” or “long levee of spring willows,” is one of the most famous attractions of the Slender West Lake, which is slim in its shape; some might say “slender.” The lake is about five kilometers long, with levees on the both of those sides, and weeping willow trees are growing all along the levee. In the spring, willow branches sweep the surface of the water gracefully; the long levee is an eyeful of green. The gentle willows perfectly echo the tenderness of Yangzhou City. In addition, the pink peaches and green willows set each other off; and it is as beautiful as the fairyland of my dreams.
