The 3rd China-ASEAN Children's Publishing and Reading Forum, co-organized by Relay Press and China Book Import & Export (Group) Co Ltd, was held during the Beijing International Book Fair on June 16, 2023. During the forum, nearly 100 children's publishing guests from China and ASEAN countries participated in the conference to discussthe"many possibilities of China-ASEAN children's book publishing cooperation" in depth.

Wu Shulin, Former deputy director general of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio and Television, executive vice-president of The Publishers Association of China; Zhao Haiyun, deputy director of Import and Export Administration, Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee; Li Yaying, deputy director of the Education, Culture and Tourism Division of the ASEAN-China Centre; Sun Zhu, president of the Chinese Board on Books for Young People; andLi Laiyou, vice-minister of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region attended the forum and addressed.

During the forum, leaders, experts and scholars gave full recognition to the work of the Relay-ASEAN Children's Book Alliance and encouraged publishers from China-ASEAN countries to cooperate and innovate. Representatives of publishers engaged in a lively discussion on the topic of the"many possibilities of China-ASEAN children's book publishing cooperation".
