Beverage suggestions for Pregnant Women in the Summer  
 

Second: Water

Pregnant women have to drink enough water. For pregnant women who go to work, it’s better to drink a glass of fresh boiled water after getting up. And drink another glass of water after arriving at the office. Then drink another one before sleeping. Staying hydrated can even decrease morning sickness as the density of the hormone that makes women vomit during pregnancy is decreased.

In the early period of pregnancy, drinking 1000 ml to 1500 ml of water a day is proper. While in the latter period of pregnancy, the amount should be below 1000 ml. The best way is to drink once every 2 hours.

Third: Fruit Juice

Fresh fruit juice such as orange juice, apple juice, lemon juice, tomato juice and grape juice contain various nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. Ingredients such as lotus leaves, wax gourd, dates and lentils are also very good tonics for pregnant women. Various drinks can be made out of these ingredients.
