MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL WITH SEVEN CHARACTER COUPLET

A painting of rabbits and osmanthus under the mid-autumn moon with a seven character couplet.
The seven character couplet comes from a classical Chinese poem The Taste of Tea written by Lu You, who was a great poet in the Song Dynasty. The poetry depicted a cup of tea that put the poet in mind of the times when he was with his old friends many years ago.
