 Located in the northwest Zhaitang, Mentougou district, Lingshui village has over 1,000 years of history. It reached its peak during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It now contains over 300 families and more than 2,000 people; and most people are surnamed Tan and Liu. The village is famous for its ancient trees and plants, dappled bricks and tiles, ancient pillars and temples. The village is not only famous for its natural environment, but also noted for its distinguished talents.
