The 18th Beijing Screenings, co-organized by the China Group Corporation and the Film Bureau of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, will be held from Oct 13 to 16. About 60 Chinese films, including My Old Classmate, The Continent and Brotherhood of Blades, will be screened for Chinese and foreign audiences to show the development of the Chinese film industry. Beijing Screenings was established in 1996 and has screened about 810 Chinese films, which were sold to more than 80 foreign countries and regions.
