The founding of the People’s Republic of China symbolized the end of the history that minority of exploiters had dominated the vast majority of laboring people and the history that the imperialists had enslaved the Chinese people of all ethnic groups. It symbolized the victory of Mao Zedong Thought combining the general principles of Marxism and the concrete practice of the Chinese Revolution. An epoch of Chinese history was marked.
