The area of Whitehorse Dragon Pool belonged to White-horse Village in the Qing dynasty, so it is the name. The spring water flows from the circle pool built by the bricks and the rate of flow is 0.028 cubic meters/sec. In the drought years it is still the same number as before. There is the temple of Whitehorse Dragon Pool. The temple was built in 1754.
