The Office of External Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Beijing Municipal Commission of Education signed a strategic agreement to encourage teenagers to be involved in cultural exchanges. The agreement, signed on July 11, 2014, echoed the proposal of promoting Chinese culture in the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee.

“Strategic Agreement by the Office of External Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Beijing Municipal Commission of Education” aims to build a platform for teenagers in Beijing to take part in cultural exchanges, through which they can showcase the sound spirituality of Chinese teenagers and spread Chinese culture.
