Instructions: First, wash the black fungus, and tear them into small pieces. Then cut the cucumber into slices. After that, use a little cooking wine, sauce and starch to pickle the lean meat for a while. After the oil is heated, stir-fry the eggs first, and then add the pickled lean meat. After stir-frying for about four minutes, add some Chinese pepper, scallions, ginger, sauce and garlic. Finally, add the black fungus, cucumber, salt and chicken powder, and stir-fry all of the ingredients together.
