Introduction to the hall

This hall covers an area of 15,000 square meters in which Chinese high-quality cultural gifts, exquisite cultural products of Taiwan and tourism handicraft products are exhibited under the guidance of the Ministry of Culture. With the integration of creative culture and life, this hall attempts to provide high-quality cultural life products for the spectators from home and abroad and becomes a professional and authoritative platform for exchange of Chinese cultural products.

Exhibition layout

Exhibition area of Taiwan’s exquisite creative cultural products

The Taipei World Trade Centre leads to arrange Taiwan’s handicraft products, gifts, book publishing, creative products, cartoon products and tourism cultural products to participate in the fair.

Exhibition area of exquisite culture products from all provinces, cities and autonomous regions

Apart from the exhibition area of the government’s groups in No.1 Hall, the governments of all provinces and cities or industry associations also arrange local works of crafts and arts masters to take part in this fair.

Exhibition area of high-quality gifts

The exhibited items include exquisite metals and jade, carved and painted products, gold and silver jewelry, fine ceramics and colored glaze, drawn work and embroidery products, crystals and glass, resin and batik products, paper-cut and woven articles, bamboo, wood products, flower painting, classical furniture, the four precious articles of the writing table (writing brush, ink stick, ink slab and paper), high-quality gifts, tea art and ikebana.

Exhibition area of tourism handicraft products

The following are exhibited as famous tourism and cultural domestic enterprises, tourist souvenirs of scenic spots (ethnic souvenirs, local souvenirs, religious souvenirs and tourism collections), creative fashion-tourism products, digital products featuring cultural and tourism elements, daily necessities and famous specialties.

Exhibition area of overview of the World University Games and its achievements

Responding to the theme and content of the 2011 World University Games, this hall will show the history and achievements of the World University Games and cultural sports products.

Exhibition area of overseas exquisite cultural products

Following the exhibition area of overseas purchase and negotiation, this area mainly showcases cultural gifts and intangible cultural heritage products. Giving full play to the role of attracting enterprises in attracting participation in the fair, this exhibition area provides a platform for communication and exchange between Chinese and foreign enterprises.

Exhibition area of derivative products from the China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair

This area is used to exhibit a series of derivative products from the China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair.

Other related activities

The judging activities for the Chinese Arts and Crafts Cultural and Creative Award: the panel is composed of famous experts, scholars and officials of the industry, invited by the organizing committee of the China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair, to decide on winners.
