Crystal Bar at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Jinrong Street is whipping up the traditional caipirinha, made with cachaca, sugar and lime. Cachaca is fermented and distilled from sugarcane juice. The cocktail is served with pistachio and avocado creme brulee, at 88 yuan per head. The drink will be available throughout the World Cup.
