Yak butter sculpture show held to mark Lantern Festival in NW China

An annual yak butter sculpture show was held here on Sunday, the Chinese Lantern Festival, as a means to pray for good fortune and harvest. The Labrang Monastery is among the six great monasteries of the Geluk school of Tibetan Buddhism.
