Exhibition on ethnic scripts of China

An event on ethnic scripts showcasing China’s multi-ethnic culture started its USA tour on November 9, consisting of 13 road shows within 4 days in east America followed by a three-day exhibition at the UN headquarters. The exhibition showcased more than 100 calligraphy works and 60 Chinese seals, while at the same time calligraphers performed handwriting and models wore colorful costumes from different Chinese ethnic groups.

The exhibition presented more than 50 different ways of writing “he”, or peace and harmony, which is not only the essence of traditional Chinese culture, but a common goal for mankind.

Highlight: The event has become a brand activity on ethnic cultural exchange. During the trip, 16 members of the visiting party, including calligraphers, performers and employees, lived with ordinary American families in their houses, which was a great chance for face-to-face communication.
