Sugar Fruits

[Ingredients] 1 apple, 1pear, 1/2 pineapple, 10 waxberries, 10 water chestnuts, 1 lemon, sugar for flavor

[Directions] Peel the apple, pear, water chestnuts, and pineapple and mold them into a bead shaped with a spoon. Clean the waxberries. Put sugar into 50ml water and heat till it melts. Add lemon juice into the cooled sugar water. Lay fruits on plate and pour the juice on the top.

[Functions] It can help digest and quench thirst

Fish with Vinegar and Pepper

[Ingredients] 1 yellow croaker, coriander, shallot, ginger, pepper, yellow rice wine, sesame seeds oil, MSG, white vinegar, stock, salt, vegetable oil for flavor

[Directions] Rinse and flake the yellow croaker on its body. Clean and shred the shallot and ginger. Heat up the wok with frying oil. Fry the fish on both sides till it becomes a golden color and then filter the oil. Heat the wok with oil again and stir-fry the pepper and ginger shred slightly. Put stock, wine and fish together into the wok till the fish becomes cooked. Lay the fish on a deep plate, put shallot shred and coriander on top. Add white vinegar MSG and sesame seeds oil into the boiled fish soup and pour it into the plate.

[Functions] It's helpful for invigorating the function of the spleen, enriching kidney-essence and replenishing Qi
