The spring roll is fried food which contains too much fat and heat quantity, so it should not be eaten too much.

In Anqing, people always fry a plate of delicious spring rolls when they entertain guests during the coldest season of the year. The spring roll is a very popular and delicious food in Anqing. The yellow spring roll on a white plate is irresistible when served.
