The Yellow River is the sixth largest river in the world, at times pummeling over falls, at times leisurely meandering through the quiet valleys it has bedded in for centuries. In Shanxi province's Yong He county, the Hekuai Li Great bend is a key feature of the landscape. Its graceful, even geometric curves are known far and wide, attracting photo enthusiasts and locals alike to admire its beauty.
