The China Cultural Center also presented dances and Chinese shadow boxing.

Jane Constance, a blind Mauritian singer, performed a song Yi Jian Mei in Chinese; and a Shanxi singer also sang a Mauritian folk song at the event.

The Shanxi province artists staged three performances and left Mauritius on Feb 11.
