The China-Italy Pasta Challenge is supported by the China International Culture Association and co-hosted by the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of China’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism and People.cn. The event invites chefs, food bloggers and food lovers from both countries to participate in an online challenge by sharing delicacies from their hometowns and demonstrating their pasta-making skills. Stories of exchanges and integration between the two peoples are told through interviews and documentaries.
