生于浙江温州，毕业于浙江美术学院，曾在中央美术学院研究生班进修。现为中央美术学院教授，研究生导师，中国美协水彩画艺术委员会主任。1992年法国拉维鲁尼市（LAVERRNE）当代艺术博物馆永久设立《王维新作品陈列厅》。
Grazing on the Plateau Wang Weixin
Born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, Wang Weixin graduated from Zhejiang Fine Arts Academy, and studied in the graduate program of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is a professor and master advisor at the academy, and head of the watercolor art council of the Chinese Artists Association.
Exhibitions: In 1992, the Exhibition Hall of Wang Weixin’s Works was set up in the Modern Art Museum in Laverrne, France.

1956年11月生于安徽蚌埠市。中国美术家协会会员、中国美术教育研究会会员。作品在《美术》、《中国水彩》、《水彩艺术》等刊物上发表。多幅作品被中外美术馆收藏。
Memories Wang Shengli (b. 1956)
Born in Bengbu, Anhui Province, Wang Shengli is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and the China Art Education Research Institute.
His works have been published in the journals “Fine Arts,” “Chinese Watercolor” and “Watercolor Art.” Many of his paintings are included in the collections of major art galleries both at home and abroad.

1931年生，浙江宁波人。1946年入上海美专求学。1949年转入杭州国立艺专深造。现为上海轻专美术系教授、上海水彩画研究会会长。
他长期从事高等美术教育与水彩画创作。著有《张英洪画选》、《现代水彩画技法》、《水粉画技法》等著作。
An Ode to Pottery Zhang Yinghong (b. 1931)
Born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, Zhang Yinghong studied at the Shanghai Fine Arts College in 1946 and transferred to Hangzhou State Arts College in 1949. He is a professor in the fine arts department of Shanghai Light Industry College and director of the Shanghai Watercolor Research Society.
He has been engaged in higher education art and watercolor painting for years. His publications include “Zhang Yinghong’s Selected Paintings,” “Modern Watercolor Techniques” and “Gouache Painting Techniques.”
