Folk artist makes paper-cut monkeys to celebrate new year

Snipping with her scissors, folk artist Feng Shiping creates another paper-cut of a monkey in Handan, Hebei province,Jan 25,2016. 2016 is the Year of the Monkey and Feng has spent over a month cutting out approximately 100 monkeys out of red paper before the start of next month’s Spring Festival. The paper-cuts symbolize her best wishes for the upcoming new year.[Photo/Xinhua]
