Paper-cutting honored at Hebei art festival

A paper-cut design of an opera character is displayed at the 4th Chinese paper-cut art festival in Wei county, Hebei province. The festival was held July 8-10 and featured works from over 360 folk artists around China. [Photo provided to China Daily]
