Fourth Layer: Six-armed Kwan-yin Decorated Bullion Case

Weighing 1512 g, the case’s top is adorned with a traditional “Lu Ding” craft, with four sides sloping down the inclined roof. The top was carved with twin-phoenix and lotus seedpods, plus four propitious birds circling the cover in chase of each other. From the face of the case turns around clockwise, there is a six-armed Kwan-yin statue, Apothecary Buddha statue, Maha Vairocana statue, Amitabha statue.

Fifth Layer: Gold-plating Buddha Silver Case

On the face of the case was sculpted the Buddha, surrounded by two Bodhisattva, four disciples, two Vajra and two serve boys. At the other sides are figures of Buddha and Kwan-yin, all in lively shape and vivid gesture.
