Yuedong Assembly Hall, located at Jeifang Street, Baise, is the headquarters of the 7th Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army. Deng Xiaoping lived and worked here when he led the Baise Uprising...

Built of bricks, wood, and stone in 1720, the hall covers an area of 1,500 square meters. The building, with a layout of three doors and two corridors as well as decorated with several colorful sculptures relating to historic stories, is the typical ancient-style architecture in south China.
