1. From January 3 to February 3, at the invitation of CICA and CICCC, Korean National Art Troupe visits and performs in China.

2. On February 8, on behalf of CICA, Minister Cai Wu signs 2013-2015 Cooperation Implementation Plan with Thai- Chinese Culture and Economy Association during his visit to Thai.

3. From February 8 to 15, CICA and Cape Verde-China Friendship Association organize the first “Chinese Culture Week” in Cape Verde.

4. On April 25, the report exhibition of ‘The Old Summer Palace Culture Exhibition in Berlin’ is held in Beijing by CICA.

5. From May 6 to June 6, the “Culture (Theater) Management Personnel Training Program - Advanced Stage Technology and Management Training Course” is successfully organized under the cooperation of CICA, the Cultural Industry Department of Ministry of Culture, National Grand Theater and Royal Opera House.

6. On August 10, China- Brazil cultural and sports exchange activities organized by CICA is held at Bird’s Nest, Beijing National Stadium.

7. From August 12 to 29, the 6th China International Youth Arts Festival is jointly organized by CICA and China Arts and Entertainment Group.

8. From September 23 to 25, Vice Secretary-General Sun Jianhua attends China- ROK Public Diplomacy Forum in Seoul, and makes a speech named “Attaching Importance to the Special Role China-Korea Cultural Exchange and Cooperation Played in the Public Diplomacy”.

9. From October 17 to 20, at the invitation of CICA, Mr. Carlos Monjardino, Chairman of Fundação Oriente leads a 3-member delegation visiting China. Dong Junxin, vice president of CICA signs 2014-2018 Exchange and Cooperation Agreement with Mr. Monjardino .

10. From November 2 to 19, the 6th Beijing International Music Competition is jointly organized by CICA and Beijing International Cultural Exchange Association.

11. From December 4 to 17, Chen Jianxin, from Chinese Calligraphers Association, is sent by CICA and China Literature and Arts Foundation to Vietnam and teaches calligraphy in Vietnam-China Culture Exchange Center.
