7. On June 27, Dong Junxin, vice president of CICA signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Lee Young-iL, president of Korea-China Cultural Association.

8. On August 12 to 31, the 7th China International Youth Arts Festival is held in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Xining, Lanzhou, Jinan and Dezhou by CICA and China Arts and Entertainment Group.

9. From September 8 to 20, at the invitation of CICA, Holland Sinologist Wilt Idema visits Beijing.

10. From September 16 to 28, CICA sends 24-member Chengdu Arts Troupe to visit and perform in Panama and Dominica.

11. From December 11 to 14, Chinese young artists sent by CICA to attend International Arts Salon exhibition held at the Le Louvre Museum, organized by French National Arts Association.

12. From December 13 to 16, Dong Junxin, vice president leads a delegation to Holland, and signs a Memorandum Understanding with Dutch culture, Centre for International Cooperation.
