The Soong Ching Ling International Summer Camp, one of the many CSCLF initiatives, brings together young people of different colors, languages and cultures. Themed “In China, Be Friends”, it helps enhance mutual understanding between Chinese youth and their global peers through a variety of activities. The camp is designed to build a broad platform for international exchange in which young people from across the world learn about and from each other and develop their responsibilities as citizens of the world. It also works to help them understand different cultures and thus respect cultural differences.
