Its missions include:As an institution directly under the Ministry of Culture, the bureau is a legal entity and makes independent accounting. Its task is to be in charge of the guarantee of logistics service of the ministry, some administrative work entrusted by the ministry, management of state assets entrusted by the ministry to ensure its value to remain stable or get increment; and the improvement of economic efficiency by promoting its subordinated organs to deepen reform, transform mechanism, strengthen management and improve services.
