As one of the activities of the 9th China Beijing Culture & Creative Industry Expo, a new media art work exhibition opened on Nov 18. The exhibited works are all from young artists who aim to capitalize on scientific and technical means to create art works and breathe new life into the genre.
Young artists presented many cross-field designs, showcasing the vitality of the new media. They are trying to use such techniques to find deeper resonance among audiences.
The art work Walkingcity, awarded the 2014 Prix Ars Electronica - an important prize in the field of electronic and interactive art, made its debut at the exhibition hall. In addition, visitors will enjoy various interactive and visual art displays. The exhibition will run until Dec 13.
