The Postman in the Mountain Integrating the beautiful landscape with the simple feelings, the film eulogizes the profound sentiments between the country postman and the villagers.

On his retiring, the old postman of the mountain village lets his son succeed the job. As the son steps on the road for the first time, the father, together with his beloved dog, crosses over mountain after mountain to introduce his son, the new postman, to the villagers. Little by little, the son is touched by the true feelings between the old country postman and the busy village head, the blind granny as well as the unsophisticated villagers. Meanwhile, his misunderstanding about his father has been cleared up.
