The Chinese Swimming Association (CSA) is a national non-governmental organization. It is a corporative member of the All-China Sports Federation. CSA enjoys all the rights of an independent legal person.
The CSA is recognized by the China Olympic Committee as a national sports organization. The CSA is the only legal organization that represents China in world swimming organizations, including International Swimming Federation and Asian Swimming Federation.
