The Second City Games was co-hosted byShijiazhuangandTangshan,North China'sHebeiProvincefromSeptember 20 to 28, 1991. 2,928 athletes from 96 delegations took part in the 16 competitions. During the 8-day-period, 4 Asian records, 4 national records and 15 national junior records were beaten.

 TheThirdCityGames

The Third City Games was held in 6 cities inEast China'sJiangsuProvincefromOctober 22 to 30, 1995. The Games had 16 competitions, comprising of 202 items. 3,352 athletes from 50 cities across the country took part in the competition, beating 6 world junior records, 5 Asian junior records, 8 national records and 31 national junior records.

 TheFourthCityGames

The Fourth City Games was held in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi Province from September 11 to 20, 1999. The Games consisted of 16 competitions and witnessed the participation of 7,000 people from 53 cities across the country.
