Jurong and Jintan Relics, Jiangsu Province Mound graveyards

Unearthed relics include 40 earth mounds , 233 tombs, 229 groups of sacrificial articles, 14 tomb buildings  and 3800 pieces of cultural relics, mostly primitive celadon and pottery, all bearing the typical characters of the Yangtze River delta. This discovery enriches the cultural significance of South China's mound graveyards, particularly making great breakthroughs pattern and structure of tombs and funeral customs. It is the first discovery of the centripetal structure of the multi-tombs mound and the boundary of mound graveyards.

The discovery provides new information for the in-depth research of the social structure from western Zhou Dynasty to Spring and Autumn Period in southern China.
