See National Treasures in Taipei

 

Taipei Palace Museum was based on the structure typical of an imperial art collection, and it shared certain superficial similarities with the Musee du Louvre of France in its inheritance of rich collections and grand palaces of the imperial past. The collection was comprised largely of works from early Neolithic Age (ca. 10000 to 5000 B.C.) to modern times.
