The 4th annual Chinese Film Festival in France opened at the Gaumont Cinema on the Champs-Elysees. French actress Catherine Deneuve was joined by Chinese actress Xia Zitong in opening the event.

During the festival, 14 Chinese films will be screened in 7 French cities, including The Monkey King, Silent Witness and Beijing Love Story.
