Reporter: What’s your opinion about national culture? What should we do to inherit national culture?

Zhao Benshan, CPPCC member and celebrated performing artist, proposed that a nation should insist on its own cultural confidence, which could constantly push the national culture to develop or to be inherited. As for the inheritance and promotion of traditional culture, Zhao believed the investment on traditional culture is just one side, and we should treat it with concentrated attention, which will work at the roots. In his opinion, the only goal we must hold in cultural inheritance is to create our national products, and traditional cultural inheritance should insist upon national culture.
