Three steps to expel toxins from your body

People always have problems like recurring flu and cough, bad breath and constipation in the spring—or at least I do. Sometimes, they are worried about acne and spots on the face. Many people feel anxiety and often lose their temper. All of these problems are caused by the toxins in their bodies. Therefore, people need to expel the toxins in their bodies and obey the following three steps:

1. Drink more water. Seventy-nine percent of the human body is made of water. Therefore, for adjusting the balance of body, water is a very natural medicine. Drinking water can help the body to expel toxins effectively. Acceptable waters include honey water, lightly salted water and green tea.

2. Eat more fruits and roughage In terms of eating, most of the crap in people’s bodies in the spring was accumulated during the winter because they ate food that was acrid and fat. To expel such toxins, fruits and roughage are good remedies. They contain plenty of food, fiber and vitamins, which can promote movement through the intestines and stomach. Then the toxins can be expelled from people’s bodies as smoothly as silt through a gushing mountain brook.

3. Do your exercises Doing your exercises can make you perspire, which is an effective way to bring toxins out of your body. Do your jogging, swimming, badminton and mountain—mountain climbing, that is!
